What do we offer here at Recalibrate Pilates?
We are a small boutique studio, offering a large range of Contemporary (with a smattering of Classically inspired) Pilates classes in the heart of Ourimbah. We are body positive, inclusive and fun loving (and a bit chatty!) We are here to help you move, increase your mobility, decrease your pain and get your life back! AND to have a laugh!
Classes we offer are:
Mat, Reformer, Pre/Postnatal Reformer (BUBs friendly), Clinical Pilates, Dynamic Reformer with the Jumpboard and Stretch and Strengthen.
Private appointments are also available.
Our Location
We are conveniently located at the Ourimbah shopping Village. This is a short walk from Ourimbah train station, Newcastle University and Tafe campus,10 minutes drive from Tuggerah or Gosford city, and 15 minutes from Wyong or Erina.
