These are classes utilising Joseph Pilates' most popular apparatus, the Reformer. Reformer classes are fun and challenging (including addictive!!)- it is a whole body workout and can be individually tailored for any level of participant.

Mat Pilates
​
Mat Pilates is a floor pilates class that will challenge your body and mind. Small props may be also used to increase intensity and aid in stretching. This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced. Exercises can be adjusted to suit any body or ability.

Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates

These specialised classes are suitable (with doctors clearance) for our mum's to be and those who have just had a little one and have been cleared to exercise again. This class is also a bub friendly class.

Clinical & Rehabilitation Pilates

Studio pilates classes contain a max of 3 participants and use many different pieces of Pilates equipment to work on individual goals. Suitable for any level. Privates are also available.

​Stretch and Strengthen
These are a great class to begin with if you are new to Pilates or feeling a bit tight - we stick to the reformer and still look at all those great strengthening exercises whilst adding in extra stretches and taking it all a bit slower.
