Clinical classes are small group, mixed equipment, personalised classes to work on your goals. This Intro pack allows you to book into anything titled Clinical class.
Intro packages are a great way to try out the studio and the different classes. Every client is entitled to one of each, and both packs are valid for 28 days! ​

​Not ONLY do we offer memberships for Group Pilates, but also for Clinical Pilates classes, ensuring a cost effective way for you to attend Pilates classes regularly.

Direct debit memberships offer significant savings compared to the casual class drop in price.
If memberships don't suit you at the moment, we also offer packs of classes at competitive pricing and with generous expiry dates.

Who are we?
We are a small boutique studio, with highly qualified teachers, offering a large range of Contemporary (with a smattering of traditionally inspired) Pilates classes in the heart of Ourimbah.
We are body positive, inclusive and fun loving (and a bit chatty!) Our community is the best! We are here to motivate, to help you move, increase your mobility, decrease your pain and get your life back! AND to maybe have a laugh on the way!
Classes on the schedule include:
Mat, Reformer, Bub friendly Reformer, Clinical Pilates (our small group classes), Dynamic Reformer with the Jumpboard (faster and HIIT style class) and Stretch and Strengthen (which is a slower paced class). We are currently re-imagining our specfic Pre/postnatal offering so watch this space!

This is a short walk from Ourimbah train station, Newcastle University and Tafe campus, 10 minutes drive from Tuggerah or Gosford city, and 15 minutes from Wyong or Erina.
