Clinical classes are small group, mixed equipment, personalised classes to work on your goals. This Intro pack allows you to book into anything titled Clinical class.

Intro packages are a great way to try out the studio and the different classes. Every client is entitled to one of each, and both packs are valid for 28 days! ​

If you are committed to attending regularly, direct debit memberships or class packs offer significant savings compared to the casual class price.
Membership T&C's
Membership contracts are debited weekly or monthly from your nominated credit/debit card or bank account.
​
In weekly memberships, class credits are applied and direct debited weekly and have an expiry date of 7 days from purchase. These classes do not roll over or accrue.
​
In monthly memberships, class credits are applied and direct debited monthly and have an expiry of 30 days from purchase. These classes do not roll over or accrue.

Written notice is required to put your membership on hold for sickness or travel. (Just email hello@recalibratepilates.com.au to advise of dates).
​
2 weeks written notice is required to cancel membership with class credits expiring after 14 days from next direct debit. Two weeks is the minimum period for a membership.

You can continue classes as normal until the end of this period
​
Membership Late Cancellation/No Show policy
​
*Cancellation of bookings within 6 hours of booked class OR a no show to booked class means you will forfeit your class credit. Please try to cancel early if your circumstances change, to allow other clients to book in and for you to keep your class credit.
​
*No Show policy - you will forfeit your class credit and be charged a no-show fee of $10 if you do not cancel your booking prior to class.
​
*Purchase of membership contract is acceptance of the above Terms and conditions AND the Late Cancellation/No Show Policy.
Standard T&C's
As all class packs have a generous expiry date, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring all purchases are used before the expiry date.

All class credit purchases are final and non-refundable

Cancellation of class bookings within 6 hours of booked class OR a no show will forfeit credits used for class and you will be charged as if you attended. If you fail to cancel out of the class you will also be charged a no-show fee of $10. This is to encourage timely cancellations and so other clients on the waitlist or wishing to book, do not miss out on securing a place in the class.
